Ciemone Sheppard is the Founder and CEO of Ciemone Inc. a Financial and Insurance Firm. The primary goal for her starting this company was to create and provide her clients with the tools to create financial education, wealth strategies and intergenerational wealth.
She works with a wide range of professionals across the public and private sector to secure the longevity of their businesses. With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ciemone is determined to make an impact for not just her firm’s clients, but in her mentorship and advocacy for minority women and men in business. Ciemone is an active member of the Women’s Presidents Organization and the Million Dollar Round Table.
Ciemone currently serves on the board for the Black Women’s Health Imperative and Women Elevating Women in the Chair role.
