Monica Smiley, Publisher & CEO of Enterprising Women and President and Founder of the Enterprising Women Foundation is delighted to announce that the Young Enterprising Women Mentoring Program is now officially an international event with the inclusion of a young Canadian entrepreneur.
Nafisa Ahmed, a high school senior from Jarvis Collegiate in Toronto, Canada was the winning recipient and will be traveling to Fort Lauderdale for the Enterprising Women Awards event joining scholarship recipients from San Diego, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Raleigh and Ann Arbor this year.
The Enterprising Women Foundation Mentoring Program provides high school girls with an opportunity to meet and connect with outstanding women entrepreneurs & leaders in STEM-based fields and other industries. This event recognizes their leadership potential, inspire them to dream big and focus on the next steps to realize their potential.
