Enterprising Women Names Josée Brisebois , Esther Poulsen and Theo Prodromitis to its Advisory Board

RALEIGH, N.C., October 19 – Monica Smiley, CEO and publisher of Enterprising Women magazine, has appointed Josée Brisebois, Esther A. Poulsen and Theo Prodromitis to the Enterprising Women Advisory Board. All three have built extraordinary businesses based on their expertise and powered by their commitment to their clients’ success. As such, they embody the leadership values of Enterprising Women and its network of successful women business owners across North America and globally.

Josée Brisebois is a personal brand expert and fashion stylist for women professionals, speakers, and entrepreneurs. Having founded "We Can Style" in 2009, Brisebois brings more than 20 years of experience to her passion for positioning experts and professionals as confident, go-to authorities who command higher rates, attract better opportunities, and make high-level business connections.

A graduate of McGill University, she developed her skills while working as a marketing and branding expert in the technology industry at the height of the dot com boom. Then, having studied with one of the first personal stylists in Montreal, she worked as a personal stylist for professionals, public speakers, TV personalities, and red carpet events. She continued refining her styling abilities as a television newscaster, host, and Hollywood actress, starring in a feature film. In appearing on ABC, NBC, CBS, and PBS, she learned very quickly that the stage and the camera respond differently to specific cuts and colors. Today, this expertise allows her to guide her clients through a proven process of building a polished stage and camera-ready wardrobe that helps them stand out and differentiate themselves. Esther A. Poulsen is Founder and CEO of Raare Solutions LLC, an award-winning leader in CRM and Marketing Operations for the premium and luxury automotive industry. Theo Prodromitis is CEO of Spa Destinations and Out Front Brands. Through decades of visionary executive leadership as a CEO, lobbyist, successful Amazon entrepreneur and expert marketing strategist, she creates wildfire growth and profits for her own companies and hundreds of others. Theo’s expertise spans business development and intellectual property considerations to manufacturing and logistics, marketing and strategic communications. She is a sought-after spokesperson and fierce advocate for the interests of women in business and small business leaders nationwide.

As Founder and CEO of Out Front Brands, Prodromitis consults with companies from start-up ventures to Fortune 500s. She was selected for the Amazon Women’s Entrepreneur Conference and spoke at Amazon’s BOOST Conference.

In 2018 Prodromitis became an Amazon Policy Advocate, a leadership role that allows her to advocate at the highest levels of government for national policies that support small business interests. In that capacity, she led a delegation of sellers at the Amazon Policy Advocate and Delegate meeting with seven leaders on the Congressional Small Business Committee. She was also nominated by Amazon and received the 2018 National Retail Federation’s “Champions of Retail” Award. As an honoree, Prodromitis lobbied Congressional leaders on behalf of the 42 million people who work in retail in the US, and she now serves on the NRF Small Business Retail Advisory Council.

She is a Founding Member of the Zuckerberg Institute, working with Randi Zuckerberg to democratize opportunity for International Entrepreneurs. She authored a chapter on “Launching a Product Successfully,” in Jack Canfield’s best-selling 2019 book, The Success Formula.
