Enterprising Women Names Sharon Hulce, Kirsten Liston and Pooja Chandra Pama to its Advisory Board

RALEIGH, N.C., September 11 – Monica Smiley, CEO and publisher of Enterprising Women magazine, has appointed Sharon Hulce, Kirsten Liston and Pooja Chandra Pama to the Enterprising Women Advisory Board.

“Sharon, Kirsten and Pooja are outstanding entrepreneurs and highly respected leaders in their fields. At the same time they are passionate advocates of women and live the values of the Enterprising Women Advisory Board,” said Smiley.

Sharon Hulce is President/CEO, Employment Resource Group, Inc. (ERG), a nationwide Executive Search firm based in Appleton, Wisconsin. A 27-year veteran of the Executive Search industry, Hulce founded ERG over 20 years ago to change the traditional way search was done. Ensuring ERG would never be the firm that just presents resumes, she has dedicated her company’s mission to providing thought leadership on every level, ensuring successful hires for both the company and the individual.

She is a highly sought-after keynote speaker, often sharing her life and professional experiences at countless corporate presentations, national conferences, association meetings and a TEDx talk.

Hulce is a 2023 Wisconsin Titan CEO 100 honoree and a 2021 recipient of the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce Gus A. Zuehlke Distinguished Service Award for her entrepreneurship and vision within the local business community. Prior to leaving the global MRINetwork, Sharon was recognized as Management Recruiters International’s Person of the Year. This award is given to a single member who made the greatest contribution to the network, worthy of recognition as “MVP” of the entire network. She has been a Top Ten Owner of the Decade, having personal billings over $20 million.

She is a winner of the 2023 Enterprising Women of the Year Award.

Hulce is also an Executive Board Member of The Pinnacle Society, a consortium of the country’s industry-leading recruiters and a Platinum member of the Women Presidents Organization (WPO), a dynamic collective of women business owners from around the world who share insights to drive game-changing experiences.

Passionate about the community she lives and works in, Sharon has served on numerous boards and was the recipient of the 2019 Walter L. Kirsten Liston is Founder & CEO of Rethink Compliance, a compliance industry leader that is dedicated to empowering organizations to create real behavior and culture change. Liston is the author of the 2019 book “Creating Great Compliance Training in a Digital World: How to Reach and Persuade Your Audience” and 2020’s “The Compliance Entrepreneur’s Handbook: Tips, Tools, and Tactics to Find Your Killer Idea and Create Success on Your Own Terms.”

Pooja Chandra Pama, the Founder and President of ACE Foods, is an Indian-born, American humanitarian, philanthropist, and entrepreneur with comprehensive international business experience in myriad sectors: finance, healthcare, agriculture, and real estate. Pama helms several businesses which foster global entrepreneurship and is motivated by Pama’s aspiration to integrate community-building and philanthropy.

Entrepreneurial spirit, business experience, and a philanthropic approach to business lie at the heart of Pama’s endeavors.
