Elrich, Lois

Lois Elrich – an entrepreneur, innovator and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) in Dayton, Ohio – is president and co-owner of Solid Blend Technologies, Inc., a water management solutions company, and president and owner of Real Change Business Coaching, LLC. Both companies are certified as Women’s Business Enterprises by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

In her role at Solid Blend, Lois manages the Ideal Culture Program, which she designed to help organizations root out internal problems and build a healthier culture at work. The program is for organizations that want to follow a systematic approach to continuously improving their culture every day. Solid Blend provides water management solutions for healthcare and other facilities with a focus on Legionella detection, remediation, control and outbreak response.

In her role at Real Change Business Coaching, Lois applies positive energy to listen, focus, challenge, encourage and guide people in business who are feeling stuck because of fear, shame, blame, mistrust, miscommunication, conflict or team dysfunction. She helps individuals, teams and leaders explore what they really want, discover opportunities and do the work required to face reality, change their mindset, set goals, be accountable and adopt new behaviors that lead to lasting change.

Lois is also a facilitator and leadership coach for Ohio-based Aileron’s “Becoming a More Conscious Leader” program. Aileron helps take privately held businesses, teams, cultures and individuals to the next level of growth. Lois also helps recruit, interview, onboard and develop Aileron’s leadership coaches.

Before becoming president of her two companies, Lois served as a vice president at Solid Blend for 18 years and in business development for Miami County Dairy Stores for eight years.

In addition to receiving the PCC designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF), Lois has earned these credentials: Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC); Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC); and TTI Success Insights DiSC-Certified, Target Training International.
